Sunday Worship

National Day of Prayer
"In April of 1952 a bill passed in congress stating that the president should set aside a National Day of Prayer, on which the people of the United States may turn to God in prayer and meditation at churches, in groups, and as individuals.” Story Church has chosen two locations and times for people to join together to pray. Kids are welcome. If you are unable to meet with a group consider praying at home and perhaps inviting others to join you.
Locations/times:
Queen Creek City Hall at noon. Focus = praying for our national and local government and businesses
Schnepf Elementary School at 6:30pm. Focus= praying for education, local schools, and families
Groups are expected to gather for approximately 10-30 minutes. Feel free to leave whenever you need to. If you're unable to attend a group or want more prayer topics here is a guide we have prepared.
Littles Play Morning
Our next Littles Play Morning is just around the corner! Moms + coffee + happy toddlers and babies = the perfect morning. Wednesday, May 13th, from 9–11am (drop-in anytime!) at Story Church.
We’ll have coffee for you and toddler-friendly snacks for the littles. Come connect, play, and make new friends — it’s totally free and everyone’s welcome!
Students Night
A fun, meaningful night for our students to connect, grow, and build community. We have these incredible nights every month where we do things like learning, serving and having fun.
Brunch & Beauty Bash
May 23rd at 10am at Jeanette Gonzales' home. We will be gathering together for a light brunch, pampering and friendship. It's a great way to get away from it all and build community with other ladies at Story. RSVP to: LadiesofStory@gmail.com
Graduation Sunday
On May 24th we will celebrate our students graduating from high school on Sunday morning! We will have cake after each service and a chance to congratulate our graduates.
Child Dedication and Family Sunday
On May 31st during both our 8am and 10am service we will be having a Child Dedication Ceremony. This is a special service for families who would like to publicly commit to raising their kids in a way that honors God.
Child Dedication is not a baptism or what saves your kids, but it is you, as the parents committing to raising your kids in a way to know Christ and what it looks like to be a Christ follower.
If you would like to dedicate your kid(s) you can register here! A follow up email to collect more information will be sent out the week of May 24th.
We will also have an optional class to dive deeper into what Child Dedication is, why we do it and what it means for you and your family afterwards. This will take place on May 24th in the kids ministry building at 12pm. Lunch will be provided for those who choose to attend.

Kids Summer Nights
Active Game Night
Kids in Kindergarten-6th grade can join us June 10th from 6pm to 8pm for fun team building and PE style games! Your kids will get to burn off energy, enjoy snacks and have a good time with their friends all for $5. Register here!
Art & Science Night
Our Art & Science Night is on June 17th from 6pm to 8pm for Kindergarten-6th grade. We will have fun crafts and science experiments! Your kids will get to be creative, enjoy snacks and have a good time with their friends all for $5. Register here!
Carnival Night
Sign your Kindergarten-6th grade students up for our Carnival Night Event on July 1st from 6pm to 8pm! Your kids will get to play games, enjoy snacks and have a good time with their friends all for $5. Register here!
Party in the Park
Come and join us for some FREE family fun on Friday July 17th from 5pm to 8pm! We will be at Frontier Family Park enjoying some yummy treats, yard games, music, summer theme activities and so much more! Invite your friends and families to join and connect with others in the community.
Mamas and Minis
For expectant moms and moms of little ones (preschool and under), Mamas and Minis is a space to build friendships, enjoy fun playdates, and grow together in the beautiful (and sometimes messy) journey of motherhood. Whether you're new to town or just looking for connection, you're welcome here!
Life Groups
Looking for a way to connect and grow? Join one of our life groups meeting throughout the week! We have groups on most weeknights as well as a ladies' group on Thursday mornings.
